Issue: - "This can only be used if 'SharePoint Profile Synchronization' is enabled in the 'Configure Synchronization Settings' for this User Profile Application."

Issue: - "This can only be used if 'SharePoint Profile Synchronization' is enabled in the 'Configure Synchronization Settings' for this User Profile Application."

Resolve:-
Go to central administration -> service application -> manage service application -> user profile service -> click on 'Configure Synchronization setting' in 'Synchronization' tab, Now select 'use SharePoint profile synchronization' radio button in 'synchronization options' section.
